Description
Phronesis is more than a game: it's a passage, a testing protocol, like a call from one graduating class to the next. Each year, ECNI2 students discover an intriguing machine that delivers its first message. For the rest, it's up to them to find it, but only the most curious and resourceful will go all the way.
The ARG is the heart of the project, a unique immersive experience conceived not as a game in the classical sense, but rather as a system of enigmas, narratives and physical interactions that discreetly integrates into their daily lives. The machine is the point of entry, but anything can become a clue: a document, an object, a shared space.
The entire project is based on a Node.js and Python monorepo, enabling modular sharing. The core is the main program, launched when the Raspberry PI starts up. It launches the various services required by the project at any given moment, and ensures that the machine is running smoothly. It communicates with a Python server that manages the entire interface and its events.
